Payments

Healthcare insurance

Some insurance companies provide benefits for Christian Scientists. Check with your insurance company to see if it specifically covers a stay in a Christian Science nursing facility. Please be sure to get a written copy of the details regarding coverage for the patient’s stay at Sunrise Haven.

Medicare

Sunrise Haven is a Certified Medicare Provider and uses Medicare part A for Christian Science nursing care. Find out more about Medicare at Sunrise Haven. The Medicare election form is available here.

Financial assistance

If you need financial assistance for all or part of your stay, help may be available through Sunrise Haven’s Benevolence Fund. A financial assistance application is available and financial assistance guidelines are available. Please contact us at [email protected] or 253-813-2096 ext. 3.
